Renewing or stopping a paid plan

Each payment covers one month or one year. The Billing page says it is renewed manually.

Renewing

Open Billing and pay for the plan again when you want to carry on. Settings shows a Paid through date.

Stopping

Because Passmark does not charge you again by itself, there is nothing to cancel: you stop by not paying again. If you want to talk it through, contact support and choose Billing.

Invoices

There is no invoice page in Passmark yet. If you need a record of a payment, contact support and choose Billing.
