Source West African suppliers you can trust
For sourcing and procurement teams: a single, checkable trust benchmark for the suppliers you buy from — and a directory to find new ones.
Three jobs, one platform
Look up a supplier. Every Passmark supplier has a public trust profile — score, certifications, verification status and company details in one link, instead of a folder of email attachments.
Find new suppliers. Browse the supplier directory, filtered by commodity and score, to discover credible exporters you haven’t worked with yet.
Raise the bar with your existing suppliers. Ask the suppliers you already buy from to get scored — one request converts far better than any cold outreach, and it gives you the due-diligence data EUDR demands.
The data EUDR asks you for
EUDR pushes deforestation and legality due diligence onto operators. When your suppliers maintain a Passmark profile, the evidence you need — certifications, traceability, document currency — is already assembled and kept current, not reconstructed per shipment.
Passmark is free for buyers. The pull side should never have friction.
Common questions
Does it cost buyers anything?
No. Browsing supplier profiles, searching the directory and inviting your suppliers to get scored are all free for buyers.
How do I know a "verified" supplier is really verified?
The top “Passmark Verified” band requires both a high score and a human review of the organisation’s documents — see the methodology. It’s not a self-applied checkbox.
Can I ask my existing suppliers to join?
Yes — that’s one of the most valuable things you can do. A buyer request is the strongest reason for a supplier to build a profile.
