What does Passmark check?
Your company registration, export licences, certificates, lab reports and traceability records, against the published rules of each destination market.
Is a Passmark seal a certificate?
No. Certificates come from the bodies that issue them. The seal is a public record that those certificates exist, are current, and meet a market’s rules.
Can buyers see my documents?
No. Buyers see the seal, its state and the score. They can request documents from you directly.
What happens if a certificate expires?
We remind you 60, 30 and 7 days before. If it lapses, your score drops and the seal may be suspended until you upload a renewal.
Which countries can use Passmark?
Exporters registered in Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire and Nigeria today. More West African countries are planned.
