What each team role can do

Passmark has four roles. The table is also on the Team page under What each role can do, and the server enforces it, so hiding a button is not the only protection.

The four roles

Owner: everything, including team and billing.
Editor: everything except team and billing.
Field collector: uploads documents and reads. Sees only what they upload themselves.
Viewer: read only.

Who can do what

Read the account, score and requirements: all four roles.
Upload documents: Owner, Editor, Field collector.
Correct or delete documents: Owner, Editor.
Add plots and field photos: Owner, Editor, Field collector.
Edit the company profile and products: Owner, Editor.
Stamp export packs: Owner, Editor.
Run AI actions: Owner, Editor, Field collector. Viewers do not get them.
Send messages to buyers: Owner, Editor. Read messages: Owner, Editor, Viewer.
Apply for, renew or appeal a seal: Owner only.
Change who sees your public profile: Owner only.
Billing and plan: Owner only.
Invite and remove people, manage API keys: Owner only.
