Withdrawing a pack or discarding a draft
If a pack was sent in error or is out of date, you can withdraw it. A draft that was never stamped can be discarded.
Before you startWithdrawing cannot be undone. You would stamp a new pack instead.
- 1Open the pack
Go to Export packs and open the pack.
- 2Choose Withdraw
Choose Withdraw, then Confirm: withdraw this pack.
What your buyer sees
The link shows the pack as withdrawn, and its documents stop verifying against it.
A draft
For a pack you have not stamped yet, choose Discard draft, then Confirm: discard this draft.
