Why a document cannot be stamped
On the Documents step, some vault documents cannot be selected. The builder gives the reason beside each one.
Reasons and fixes
- Expired: upload the renewal. See replacing an expiring or expired document.
- Expired or replaced by a newer upload: stamp the newer one instead.
- We could not read this document: retry the scan, or enter the details yourself.
- Rejected in review: upload a corrected version.
- Not read and verified yet: wait for the read to finish, then try again.
Other things that stop a pack
- No seals yet: a pack carries a seal ID, so you need a seal first.
- The seal is suspended, expired or revoked.
- Your vault is empty: upload the shipment documents first.
