Following suppliers and setting alert rules

The Watchlist shows the suppliers you follow and any change to their seals. Alerts show inside Passmark; email alerts are not available yet.

    Follow a supplier

    In the supplier directory or on a supplier's profile, choose Follow.

    Open the Watchlist

    Choose Watchlist in the menu. Suppliers you follow lists them, and Seal changes lists what has changed.

    Set alert rules

    Under Alert rules, choose an Alert kind: Seal status changes (suspended, reinstated, expired, renewed or revoked), Seal nearing expiry, or New seal issued. Choose Applies to all followed suppliers or one, then Save rules.

Good to know

  • With no rules, nothing is counted as unread.
  • Alerts go to everyone on your team who follows a supplier.
  • If a supplier you follow stops sharing their profile, they return to your list when they share it again.
