Questions

Does each member need their own account?+−

No. The group manages everyone from one account. Members who export in their own name get their own seal, linked to the group.

Can field collectors work without signal?+−

Yes. Farm boundaries, photos and member details save on the phone and upload when there is signal.

What if a member leaves the group?+−

Their seal stays theirs. You stop seeing their records, and lots already shipped keep their history.

Who can see members’ personal details?+−

Only your group admins and Passmark staff with a logged reason. Buyers see seals and traceability, not personal details.

Do you work with unregistered groups?+−

The group must be registered with the relevant authority. We can help you check what you need.
