How we protect your data
The essentials
- Encrypted in transit and at rest. All traffic is TLS; documents are stored in object storage, not in the browser.
- Time-limited, signed document links. Your certificates are never served from public URLs — access is via short-lived signed links, scoped to you.
- Per-organisation isolation. Your data is scoped to your organisation; there is no cross-tenant access.
- Append-only audit trail. State-changing actions (uploads, verification, sharing changes) are logged.
- You control visibility. Your profile is private, shareable-by-link, or listed — your choice, changeable at any time.
