Appealing a suspension
You can appeal a suspension within 14 days. A reviewer who was not part of the original decision looks at it.
Before you startOnly an Owner can appeal. An appeal can be made once per decision. Stick to dates and documents; the reviewer reads your explanation exactly as written.
- 1Open the seal
On the suspended seal, choose Appeal this decision. The page shows how many days you have left and the deadline.
- 2Choose why you are appealing
Pick one reason: The cause is fixed, Decision based on wrong information, Issuer delay outside your control, or Something else.
- 3Explain what happened
Write your explanation. The page counts the characters you still need to reach the minimum.
- 4Attach evidence if you have it
You can attach a limited number of documents from your Vault. It is optional.
- 5Submit
Choose Submit appeal.
While it is decided
The seal stays suspended and the review clock pauses. Buyers see Under appeal beside the state.
The outcome
- Upheld: the decision is reversed.
- Dismissed: the decision stands and the clock resumes.
