How your Passmark Score works
Your Passmark Score is one number out of 100 that tells a buyer how export-ready and trustworthy you are. It is built from five pillars, and plans cannot buy points: the score depends only on your documents and how they were checked.
The five pillars
- Regulatory: your best compliance check result across the product and market lanes you have checked.
- Certifications: voluntary certificates you hold that are still valid, such as organic, Rainforest Alliance or Fairtrade. One counts 50, two count 80, three or more count 100.
- Traceability: how many different types of valid document you hold. Five or more reach 100.
- Verification: how your documents were checked: read automatically, verified by Passmark, or your company verified by Passmark.
- Track record: the share of your documents that are current, plus a small bonus for time on Passmark.
The four bands
- Provisional: below 40.
- Developing: 40 to 64.
- Trusted: 65 and above.
- Passmark Verified: 85 or more, and at least one current document confirmed by the issuer that issued it. The score alone is not enough.
Raising it
Open Passmark Score to see your weakest pillars first and what each could add. You can also choose Re-run assessment to re-read every document in your Vault and recalculate. To reach Verified, ask an issuer to confirm a document.
Suspension
While a seal is suspended its score is frozen at the last value and shown as such.
