Most West African destinations require the IMPORTER to hold a veterinary import permit before the consignment departs, and the permit conditions dictate the wording of your health certificate.

Confirmation that the holding sits outside any active HPAI control or restriction zone at the time of dispatch. Regional movement controls close fast when an outbreak is declared.
