Adding plot geolocation for EUDR

UPDATED 24.10.2026 · 4 MIN

Plots are the farm and collection-point locations behind your supply chain. They are recorded on the ground in field mode and listed on the Plots page. The EUDR Assessment suggests registering them.

Before you startThis is a register inside Passmark for traceability. Passmark does not file a due diligence statement with the EU for you.
  1. 1
Collect the plot in field mode

Follow Mapping a farm in the field app. Walk the boundary, or use a single point for a farm under 4 ha.

  2. 2
    Open Plots

Choose Plots in the menu. The page shows how many are Mapped, the area registered, and how many Need boundary.

  3. 3
    Review a plot

Open a plot to see the farmer, community, district, product, area, location (a boundary of N points, or a single point), consent record, photos and who collected it.

  4. 4
    Fix details within 24 hours

You can edit a plot for 24 hours after it is collected. The boundary and the consent record are made in the field and cannot be edited here. Deleting a plot removes its photos and consent record and cannot be undone.

Who sees what

Plots are visible to every role, but a Field collector sees only their own plots.
