Supported file types and size

The Document vault accepts PDF, JPG, PNG and WEBP files, up to 10 MB each.

If a file is refused

You see Files must be PDF, JPG, PNG or WEBP under 10MB. Save or export the document in one of those formats, or take a fresh photo, and try again.

If Passmark cannot read a file

You see We couldn't read this file. Retry, or enter the details yourself. A clear, flat photo or the original PDF reads best. You can always enter the details by hand.

Checking a stamped document

Buyers who want to check a stamped PDF use a different tool, which accepts PDFs up to 25 MB. See checking a document against the register.
