Uploading a document from your phone

You can add a certificate, licence or lab report from your phone. Passmark reads the document, files it, and tracks its expiry date.

   Open the Document vault

   Choose Document vault in the menu (on a phone it is the Vault tab), then Upload document.

   Say what you are uploading

   Under What are you uploading? pick the type: Phytosanitary certificate, Lab report, Export licence, Certificate of origin, Organic certificate, or Something else and we will work out what it is.

   Take a photo or choose a file

   Choose Take a photo to use your camera, or pick a file from your phone. You can also drop a file on a computer. Files can be PDF, JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 10 MB.

   Upload and read

   Choose Upload and read. Passmark shows Reading your document... while it fills in what it can.

   Confirm the details

   Check Document type, Issued by, Reference, Issue date and Valid until. Correct anything that is wrong, then choose Confirm details.

   Done

   You see that the document was added. Choose Back to vault, Upload another or View Passmark Score.
