Correcting what Passmark read from a document

Passmark reads documents automatically and can get a detail wrong. You can correct it.

Before you startCorrecting needs the Owner or Editor role. Changing the document type or expiry can change whether it counts toward your Passmark Score, and a verified document returns to auto-read until it is reviewed again.

    Open the document

    In the Document vault, open the document.

    Choose Correct

    Edit the field that is wrong, such as the Document type or Valid until.

    Save

    Choose Save. You see Document details updated, and the record shows Details corrected by you.
