Expiry reminders

You do not set reminders yourself. Passmark tracks the expiry date it read from each document and emails you as the date approaches.

When reminders are sent

A document gets a reminder 60, 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before it expires, and on the expiry day itself. If you upload a document with 20 days left, you get one reminder for the nearest window, not every earlier one.

Make sure the date is right

Reminders follow the Valid until date on the document. If Passmark read it wrongly, correct the document.

When a reminder arrives

Replace the document with the renewal. The old copy is superseded.
